helmets are for pussies, cmon if you are riding max 30km/h, when there is a car just move away or brake...
Only when you are a pro-cyclist you HAVE TO use a helmet, like i do. I had once an accident together with 20 other cyclists and my friend fell on his head and his helmet broke in two pieces. You just dont wanna know what would have happened w/o that helmet. With pro-cycling i mean you have a decent bike (best is out of carbon) and you ride 30-60 km/h.
