M4

So I would feel pretty confident in saying that the M4 is, overall, the best gun in the game. Everything about it, from rof to damage, range and accuracy is very reasonable.
Easy to use, pretty forgiving, and in the hands of an experienced player, a good counter to most other guns.

I'm beginning to think that it's almost TOO reasonable.

I'm not questioning the skill of anyone who uses the M4, cuz I know most of yall could kick my ass in CoD4 with more than just the M4. But me and Sneaky Snail/Snake were talking bout it.

i agree, look at real killers, Vice for example, he uses m4 carbine, it it a very good gun. but u cant have one overall gun, it just cant be, somedays u are shit with that gun, but overall, mp5+m4 carbine are the best guns in cod4

M4 is a very good gun, but I like a gun with more mobility. Thats why I use the mp5, there is a much different feel between the two. M4 is definitely great at longer ranges but the mp5 is good for quick maneuvers. http://www.flyingright.net/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif

It really depends on the situation, for instance if your playing FFA on a server with 20 vs 20 in shipment you&#39;ll want to carry a LMG but if your looking for speed you&#39;ll definetely want a p90 combined with extreme condition (even if the noobs call you a noob). Yes the m4 is a good overall gun but it all comes to stick to 1 weapon and I mean any weapon and you&#39;ll be kicking ass with it but if you keep changing classes and weapons you&#39;ll be a noob with all of them.

but most of the users have Red dot assist, which goes to show its really a noobs favourite gun
